90 DAY REPAIR WARRANTY
At Broke Ass Phone, we take our work seriously and pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience. That’s why we offer a 90 day warranty on all replacement parts we install for you. If a part we installed is defective or malfunctioning, we will replace it at no charge, minus any labor charges. That’s our promise to you.

What Does the Warranty Cover?
Broke Ass Phone warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects or malfunctions in any part we replace, such as a digitizer or LCD screen.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts 90 days from the date listed on your invoice. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the phone.
What Will Broke Ass Phone Do?
Broke Ass Phone will replace any part we’ve installed that is defective or malfunctioning at no charge. Please note you will be responsible to pay for any labor charges.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
WE DO NOT WARRANTY SCREENS THAT ARE BROKEN AGAIN.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must have your invoice available. If something goes wrong with your phone or tablet device, email a brief written description of the problem to: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will make arrangements to inspect your phone and contact you within 72 hours to give the results of our inspection and an estimate of the labor charges required to fix the phone. If you authorize repairs, we will return the repaired phone to you within 72 hours. You must pay any labor charges upon receipt of the repaired phone.
