10/10 experience! My phone screen was in VERY bad shape - black areas where nothing could be seen and bright green areas where the screen would flash and shine very brightly. I called ahead, paid for my screen replacement which was ordered right away, and came in a couple days later at my convenience to have the replacement screen put on. The pricing was discussed upfront before placing the order - no surprises. The screen was replaced flawlessly in about 30-40 mins while I waited, and looks as good as new. The friendly store cats kept me company while I waited. Great experience, start to finish. Excellent and friendly customer service. I’ll be coming here for all of my phone repair needs. -

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I just recently got an iPhone 15. I had dropped it with no cracks to the screen and it just wouldn’t turn on. The owner was completely raw and honest up front telling me the risks and the chances of him not being able to fix it. He even quoted me wrong and let me pay the original price instead of something higher! Customer service and people who enjoy people is so hard to come by now days.
